ABOUT SYNERGY MANAGEMENT CONSULTANTS
Synergy Management Consultants (SMC) is an Afghan-owned and Afghan-led consulting firm, registered with the Ministry of Industry and Commerce – Central Business Registry under Reg # 20036 / License # D-34423. Our aim is to contribute to the development of Afghan private, public, and national development sectors through offering quality, expert, contextually relevant, and result based services.
We have leveraged our expertise and knowledge of the local context to create a nation-wide network of national and international experts in the fields of Education, Agriculture, Health & Nutrition, and Economic Development. Our aim is to provide high-quality services through our consultants and experts to clients, conduct our business ethically and provide employment opportunities to Afghans.

Synergy Management Consultants – Afghanistan has the necessary skills and resources to undertake assignments/ projects with quality output delivery, reliable, consistent, and coherent results, using international technical expertise and a qualified local team with contextual understanding and experience in the field. SMC has a pool of international and national experts from and within Afghanistan. Relevant consultants are deployed from the pool of experts for each specific assignment/ project to ensure quality, contextual relevant, innovative, and sustainable delivery of required solutions and result-based services.
SMC strength is diversity and having pool of experts with diverse backgrounds. The pool of consultants/experts has multidisciplinary rich experiences in different domains including education, health and nutrition, agriculture, market system development, humanitarian support, and development sectors, depicting relevance with and for the requirements of assignments and projects. Moreover, the consultants conducted numerous studies and completed projects in their range of expertise and managed projects in their area of interest and qualification including professional development, research and development, and professional and technical services.
